Pacific Business Boost
We have delivered professional development workshops for Pacific business owners and professionals for over 3 years.
Our current workshop series - “Pacific Business Boost” is designed for 1 hour sessions delivered online or in person on topics requested for by our collective.
All of our workshops and webinars are derived by suggestions and needs given to us by our collective. 100% of the content is owned by the facilitator.
If you would like to request a workshop or even look at delivering one, please contact us.
Pacific Business Boost 2026 #PBB26
Mālō e lelei, Talofa lava, Kia orana, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Bula vinaka, Kia ora whānau,
The Pacific Business Collective is honoured to welcome keynote speaker, author, and creator of the One Small Vote framework, Angela Malakai, for our next Pacific Business Boost webinar session:
“You Need to Become the Bigness Before You Get the Bigness”
Many people dream of bigger opportunities, bigger impact, and bigger success… but what happens when internally, we are not yet prepared to hold it?
Angela will explore why success is not only about business strategy or hard work, but also about mindset, self-awareness, and the patterns we carry into our journey.
With more than two decades of experience across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, Angela brings a rare combination of lived experience, honesty, and practical insight. She is the author of The Gift, host of The HONESTea Podcast, and known for helping people recognise that transformation doesn’t happen in one giant moment, but through the small daily choices we make for or against ourselves.
Angela doesn’t speak in theory. She speaks from lived experience.
Thursday 18 June
1:00pm – 2:00pm
Online via Google Meet
This session will resonate with business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, creatives, and anyone navigating growth while trying to overcome fear, burnout, self-doubt, or internal barriers that may be limiting their next level.

These workshops were delivered to our collective to grow our skills and experiences. Last year we were thrilled to have such talented Pacific people give up time to share a unique skill or aspect of business that could help others.
